An American Bermuda

The first thing most people think of when they hear, “Bermuda” is obviously the Bermuda triangle. From missing planes to sunken ships, the Bermuda triangle can sound like a scary place. With a nickname like the, “triangle of death” it isn’t hard to see that the island of Bermuda definitely gets a bad rap. Especially considering how close Bermuda actually is to the United States. No one gives Bermuda its credit for growing at the same pace as the US. Not only that but, the island itself is a huge tourist attraction. Looking back at the evolution of this country, its culture today, and comparing it to the United states, you will realize how similar the countries are and have always been.

Highlights of my research

So far my research has been fairly smooth, but it has definitely come with its fair share of challenges. For example, it has been particularly difficult to find actual data on the overall culture of the island. This has led me to having to find more examples to give a better understanding without the data. It has helped in finding more useful information as a result. Other than that, it has been pretty smooth sailing (pardon the pun lol).
